| London
I spent the first half of 1996 studying abroad in London.
Part of this time was helping the staff on the weekly newsletter. It was composed ofsubmissions from students. Eventually, I started writing my
own travel journals and submitted them. As if that wasn't bad enough, people actually seemed to like these journals, so I kept writing them
until they kicked me out of the country.
The viewpoint was of an American student with limited cashflow and a egocentric view of the world. This was quite a stretch, but thankfully,
that acting class I took in sophomore year of high school really came in handy.
